- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp tamari

Instructions
- Drain and rinse your beans. In your blender, combine all of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture into a small saucepan over low heat and cook until warm.
- Pour this delicious gravy over mashed potatoes or other favorite foods.
