Roasted Balsamic Potatoes and Asparagus
A flavorful dish with seasonal asparagus and potatoes. Pure yummy!

  1. Preheat oven to 390°
  2. In a roasting pan. add the potatoes, balsamic vinegar and salt. Lightly spray olive oil on potatoes then toss in balsamic vinegar mix to coat fully.
  3. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, add the asparagus, then return to oven for 10 more minutes.
  5. Season with extra balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. (If needed)
